The flowers and colors popping in our world are brilliant and inspirational. Sally’s sister, Julia, sent us a surprise box filled with oil paints, brushes, and canvases. We experimented with different brush techniques, learned how to blend, and found out just how messy oils can be! And they dry so slowly! Some of our hands held the evidence of checking “just one more time” to see if they were ready to be wrapped for Mothers’ Day!!! But what beauties were created! Here is just a sampling, from ages five to ten, of our work!
